Power Vinyasa

60/75-minute Hot Power Vinyasa Yoga class not only transforms your body, it makes you dig deep to do the work to strengthen you mind, hold yourself accountable for the progress, all to result in a revived spirit.

While Power Yoga Basics establishes a solid foundation, Power Vinyasa Yoga offers pose variations & you will be challenged to step out of your comfort zone.

Classes are playful and sweaty --so bring a towel!

Restorative Yoga

Find deep relaxation as your body is entirely supported in extended, restful poses.

The main focus of Restorative Yoga is relaxing in poses with props, without strain or pain. This will allow you to ease into the pose, inviting restoration of the mind, body, & soul.

Restorative yoga helps to combat the physical and mental effects of everyday stress, & eases common ailments such as headaches, backaches, anxiety, & insomnia with the use of restful poses and deep breathing techniques.

Yin

How often do you realize you are rushing from one place to the next, all the while multitasking -- sometimes even on your own mat, quickly jumping from pose to pose?

Slow down, breathe and delve into a deeper level of awareness with a Yin.

Designed to bring your focus inward, through the use of longer-held Yin poses.  You'll get deep into your connective tissues (ligaments, tendons and fascia) to stretch and heal joints and boost flexibility.

Ashtanga Vinyasa

Learning in the present also means honoring the past & the path it created for us. 

In this class, we practice a more traditionally eastern influenced flow based on the led Ashtanga Primary Series

The class will integrate, Sanskrit, an ancient Indo-European language of India, & introduce the traditional postures, transitions, & alignment.

Slow Flow

Mindful, intuitive movements are the focus of our Slow Flow yoga classes.

If you’re looking for slower-paced, limited vinyasa-based class- this one is for you! 

 

Classes are therapeutic and invigorating at the same time and are perfect for those who are new to yoga or recovering from an injury and for those who are craving a class where they can move with ease and awareness.

Yinyasa

Oh, we love this hybrid class! 

A powerful pairing of two different disciplines of asana (yoga postures); Yinyasa has fused the Yin style of long-held passive poses with the dynamic, yang style of Vinyasa (flow).

Traditionally a Yin practice is best if done on a "cold" body and passively stretches your connective tissue to promote the health of your joints & internal organs. Thus, this class will begin with Yin to open the body to more flexibility & energy flow while encouraging a more contemplative, non-reactive quality of mind.

Deep Stretch

The perfect balance to any upregulating class, Deep Stretch is about down regulation & nurturing your body with props. 

Let's face it, as a society we move fast & Deep Stretch is designed to allow your body to find a deep state of rest & relaxation. 

As any yogi knows, there's a gentle ecosystem that lives in us & requires all the care to stay healthy & practice into our golden years.

 

This class is the perfect complement to any cardio-based activity & serves the needs of all-levels of yogis.

Power Yoga Basics

Basic doesn’t mean easy here. Power Yoga Basics, a 60-minute sweat session, is designed to build a foundation for your practice. A constant, focused breath, solid poses and safe, proper alignment will make this Basics class challenging and fun.

 

This is just the beginning of your empowered practice. Whatever your experience, Power Yoga Basics is the right class.

Slow Burn

Fire up your breath, burn into the deepest fibers of your muscles and challenge your mind’s ability to just stay. All while focusing on the nuances of each pose.

Slow Burn is nothing short of its title, as you will dig deep and build an intense sweat through this 60-minute class.

This class's signature is long holds, so be ready to push your personal limitations for growth!

Inside Flow Yoga

Based on Vinyasa Yoga, Inside Flow links yoga poses with smooth and controlled transitions & is practiced to the rhythm of the music.

The speed of the music defines the speed of the breath, making this an intense breathing practice.
The alignment of your energy with the soundtrack and the lightness of your transitions makes for a seamless, graceful, & liberating practice.

This 60-minute class invites you to embody spanda, the divine vibration that lives in all of us, allowing you to become more present in the moment, with a greater sense of connection and joy.

Level: Vinyasa experience is recommended. Due to the speed of the class, it's important that you walk in with a foundational knowledge of Yoga.
