What is your class cancellation & charge policy? 

Yoga Classes-

We currently do not penalize for early or late cancels of yoga classes, where many other studios do. 

We only kindly ask that you cancel from your class as soon as you know you can't make to allow the space to open for other yogis.

Workshops/Special Events/Training- 

Cancellations must be made 12 hours prior to the start time of your reserved class to avoid the loss of your class credit.

This includes all workshops and special events.

Workshops or special events are non-transferrable & non-refundable.

What is your weather cancellation policy? 

You will not be charged a fee for any weather-related class cancellations. We will be following the School Closing alerts of all the Painesville Local School systems for the morning classes.

We also will communicate via social media.
For evening classes, keep watching social media.

We will decide at least an hour before class if it’s the safest option for you & our instructors.
 

Where do I park & where do I enter the space?

We have plenty of parking, but it gets really busy! 

Please park in the public lot provided with the shopping center.

You are responsible for where you park & for securing your vehicle. 

 

How early should I arrive? 

While we are eager to meet you and hope we have time to chat, please arrive no more than 15 minutes prior to class. Connecting with new people is one of our favorite things about yoga!

We look forward to showing you around, getting you acquainted with the space, and obtaining your waiver signature.

How late can I arrive?

For the safety & comfort of our staff & students, the door is locked when class starts if the desk is not supervised. If you arrive late, please walk around to the back of the building & knock on the door for direct entry. 

Please enter quietly & start your practice as soon as you can. 

As a general note, students will not be permitted in class if arriving more than 5 minutes late out of respect for the tone being set for all participants.

Can my minor child join me for class? 

Children between the age of 13-17 can practice with a legal guardian once a waiver has been signed. 

At this time, unless indicated in the class description, children under the age of 13 are not permitted to practice.
